Design Task
This design task tackled the historical inefficiencies that plague eCOA, such as gaps in overall delivery and execution quality, time consuming translations and localization processes, and logistics related to device management.
This internal toolkit's primary objectives were to create a rapid design tool that speeds up the translation process and aids in the deployment process of complex trials.
I led the UX in the creation this tool thats easy to use, is configuration-based, and sped up time-to-launch.
Competitor Analysis
Competitive analysis on other low-code/no-code in the market: Bubble, Quickbase, Appian, Outsystems, Salesforce.
While many of these apps held excellent features, like creating workflows with complex logic, in-browser deployment tools, visual preview, drag-and-drop environment, and more. There wasn't one that served all our needs, so we continued to build our own internal builder tool.
